Keeping Your Penis Clean

Taking pride in our appearance and hygiene is a top priority for most us. This is for very good reason, imagine if no one ever showered or had a bath, brushed their teeth, had a shave or even had a hair cut. We would be living in a pretty smelly society.

Maintaining a decent level of hygiene isn't that difficult, even people with busy lifestyles can find the time. The good thing about being clean and presentable is that you'll find more people will want to be around you and the ladies will find you more attractive.

Penis hygiene is just as important and essential especially if you have an active sex life. Odour is one of the biggest turn offs for a women, which is understandable. Just imagine what you would think if you're partner was giving of a bad smell, it's not very pleasant. You can't expect oral sex if you don't have a clean penis.

All men should wash their penis but uncircumcised men need to make a little more effort. Because the foreskin is intact and covers the glans (head) it need to be rolled back and the sensitive skin of the glans and surrounding foreskin needs to be gently washed with soapy water. For circumcised men washing the glans is just as important but sensitivity is not as strong.

Once you have washed the tip of your penis then move onto the shaft followed by the groin and testes. Be sure to clean underneath the scrotum and around the anus, this area is particularly bad for smells.

You may also find that trimming the pubic hair can improve the look of your penis. I'm not saying you need to go Brazilian but It will look tidier, smell less and even make it look a bit bigger.
